Join us for the next monthly meeting on Thursday, September 7th at Azalea Lodge in Winter Park for “Communicating with a Multi-Generational Board & HOA” 1-hour CEU (HR/ELE – #9631353) presented by Connie Lorenz of Asphalt Restoration Technology Systems Inc.

Are you finding it harder and harder to get your HOA Board or residents to communicate? Are some residents complaining that the board isn’t keeping them informed where others are saying stop sending emails? Did you know that we have 5 generations in the workforce and 6 generations in the home? If you are looking for clues on how to open the lines of communication with your multi-generational board or homeowners’ association, this is the class for you! This class will show you the gaps between the generations and help you open up communication with everyone from your residents to vendors to the board!

Registration begins at 11:30am and the program begins at 12pm. Manager Members & Homeowner Leaders (HOA Board Members) are FREE and Business Partners cost $37. PLEASE REGISTER ASAP.
