Join us for this Members-Only Event at the Winter Park Events Center (1050 W. Morse Boulevard) on Thursday, July 13th from 2pm-5:30pm. Parking is by the library and there is also a parking garage across from the library.

New for 2023, there will be just ONE round this year. Each Business Partner will have 3 minutes to “Meet the Managers,” (one Manager per table) then rotate when the monitor sounds the bell. Once the round is over, we will end with Happy Hour, including food and drinks!

Seating is limited to 50 Business Partners. We ask that you send one representative from your company ($400). If you need to bring another representative, the cost is $250 and the two would advance together. Tables will be numbered and you will be assigned a starting point. One of the greatest benefits of belonging to the Central Florida Chapter of CAI is our talented business partners and access to its many managers. As CAI Members, the business partners understand the challenges that managers face in meeting with their boards. For a business partner, a successful partnership with a manager or management company can grow their business exponentially.

The Business Partners that participate will also have the opportunity to put your company logo and contact names in the publication to the managers. You will need to provide a high resolution logo file for the publication. Please send your file and information to the Executive Director, Reini Marsh, at exdir@caicf.org.

SEATING IS LIMITED!

We encourage all Management Company Members to send ONE CAM from all of your offices. Management Companies are FREE and may bring one representative. 

This is a 3-1/2-hour event and we request that Management Companies man their table for the entire event. If a shift change is needed, please make arrangements to have the table staffed the entire time. 

Business Partners are $400 and may bring one representative (a second representative is an additional $250). Registration includes one drink ticket. Please bring 10 extra of any materials brought to share with the managers for the Meet the Managers Committee Members.
